Fuji X-T5 or Osmo Pocket 3?! First paid job!
So I've got my first proper video gig this weekend. I'm filming a PT running a training session based around running which will be around a track. There will be 10-15 people attending and all the client wants is me to film him introducing the class and then just get running clips. The videos are exclusively for Instagram and the client mainly has iPhone clips on there currently.
The running clips will be a mix of B-Roll, static shots on tripod and handheld clips of runners passing. However, I also want to be running along side a lot of the runners as this is one of my favourite shots. A bike isn't an option as the track don't allow it.
So my options are:
- Fujifilm X-T5 on a gimbal - I have the XT5, caged with monitor etc and is too big to fit on my gimbal so I'd have to strip a few bits down to use this. I fear the time I'm taking bits off the camera etc may jeopardise the time I've got to get the other shots.
- DJI Osmo Pocket 3 - obviously great camera but is it good enough for paid work? Will it look too different to the Fuji?
I've experimented with this and have done shoots for friends for fun using both cameras and they had no idea I was using a different camera, but obviously I was well aware and thought it very noticeable.
