interpretation themed items

i genuinely love the items that require interpretation in using it, like the >!rosary from part 3 that guided you to safety!< or the >!sword that defeats evil (forgot what it was called)!<
i really enjoy them because of how many different things can be interpreted with it. like how exactly does one of those work? for example the (part 3) >!beauty pill that makes you more beautiful, what standards is it basing it on? the standards of the general society or ur standards. cuz let’s say someone who considers something extremely unconventional as beautiful, do they turn into that? like in the books it’s shown that people’s scars are disappearing, but what happens if someone finds those scars beautiful?!< anyways i just really enjoy reading abt this stuff
