plan mode toggle shortcut in VS code

Hi, I would like to setup a plan mode toggle shortcut for VS code's Codex plugin, but could not find a way to do this.

In the Codex Desktop version, I could configure the shortcut. So, I would love to do it in VS Code as well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
