My senior used to take credit for all my work

FI used to have this one senior at work who'd basically hand me all the tasks, sit idle most of the day, and then take full credit for everything in meetings and discussions like she'd done it all herself. It used to genuinely frustrate me, watching her present my work as hers while I just sat there.

Turns out the higher-ups actually knew exactly what was going on the whole time. They just never said anything outright, but it became clear later that they weren't fooled at all.

Still think about how long I assumed nobody noticed, when really they just chose to let it play out rather than call it out directly.
