Best conventional Army IDs/units for OPTEMPO/ Training?

Currently stationed at my first duty station JBLM as an 11B and we do a decent amount of training in my unit, which I’m happy to do. I’m consistently trying to improve and be a better soldier and infantryman.

Just curious for when I resign though, what units typically do the most training or where will I learn the best at? In y’all’s experience. I know it’s all unit dependent.

I do plan to go to RASP or selection but I need to get into peak physical shape before I even consider those.
