Aren't there any COC or CR tournament organisers in India these days?

Have been looking for Tournament organisers for Clash Royale and Clash of Clans in India - to my surprise couldn't find any suitable option. Both the games have quite a high active player base, yet can't find any local community around these games, If any, please share! I want to organise tournaments for these titles and am looking for a local community.
