Login issue please help

I have this issue with sadapay where I tried to create an account as soon as I got my ID card. I tried to make an account but it wasnt working so I forgot about it. A few months later I tried to login again and it asked me for information regarding my phone number and then the pin code. I entered them and it worked fine. After that it asked for my ID card card info. I gave it all the necessery information but then it gave me an error that the information doesnt match with the registered ID card. I was a bit confused, then I entered the information again carefully rechecking what I typed but it still gave the same error. Then I thought about making a new account with my other phone number but when I tried it, it said that the ID card is already registered which made me more confused. Note that I just got my ID card and I only have 2 phone numbers. I tried to login again after months but it is still not working
