iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB storage keeps getting full for no reason

Guys, I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max (128GB), and my storage keeps getting full even though I haven’t installed anything new. I don’t have any large or unnecessary apps that I can delete either.

I checked my apps, photos, and files, but I still can’t figure out what’s taking up so much space. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any tips to free up storage or find what’s causing it?
