Question about obtaining citizenship

Hi, so I have a specific question about if I qualify or not

My parents are both eu citizens (Polish) and by birth, I was also granted this citizenship.
I was born in the uk- have lived here my whole life, and have never left the country for over 3 months.

I’m currently 19 years old, I’m wondering if I have to pass the life in Uk test or the language test given my circumstances.

Am I eligible for the British citizenship? (I’m aware of the astronomical fee…)
