Cold dot wintertide brand ele. What to improve to go next?

Hello guys! I am quite new to poe, I league started Wintertide brand elementalist and got the first two voidstones. I dont know where to improve the build next on the very limited budget I have (2d 5c currently), would greatly appreciate any pointers!

My goal is to improve this build to do the other 2 voidstones and farm a few divine without dying 0-4 times a map to then transition into a herald stacking pb ignite elementalist version.
