13-15 yr old powder?

Would it be ok to use a highlighter on face and as eyeshadow that is so far as of right now brand new but was manufactured in 2018 and I expect could last me about 4 or 5 years or maybe even more from now which being the powder tone eventually be a grand total of 13-15 years possibly (eventually). I hear powders do not harbor bacteria much and can be used despite how old they are? Does it also help that it’s brand new and untouched despite being made in 2018??
