Orientation and documents

Hiii I have enrolled in bca this year and I still haven't received any info on when are the classes beginning or any info related to orientation can someone pls tell me if u know

also Can you tell me what all documents I would be required to submit when I reach there like medical certificate,gap year certificate required for 1 year or not, etc??idk can u list down all the docs required I tried calling in their enquiry portal they gave me confusing answers and I can't visit the campus physically rn as I don't live in dehradun
