Looking for recommendations for a competent dermatologist or skin clinic in Lucknow to get ingrown hairs removed.

I visited a doctor in Chowk recently who somehow misdiagnosed basic ingrown hair as a keloid, so I'm looking for someone actually competent who knows what they're doing.

Ideally looking for someone reasonable/budget friendly. Any good experiences? Thanks!
