I own a plot in Karjat. Looking for a partner to start a vacation rental property business

I own a 325 sqmtr NA plot 2-5 min from Karjat city centre. It's on an elevation, has forest land behind it, and has a nice view. I will provide the land, and I'm looking for someone who will invest the capital to build a vacation rental property in JV. It can be a premium boutique property, or budget rooms. Preferably someone from the hospitality industry. DM me if interested
