Minor Spoilers for Riptide ep 128

I Started thinking about this after episode 128 where after the Boulder gets bigger when Gillion fails the first attempt, his first instinct is to ask “did I get smaller?” It feels like a joke and definitely was meant to be one, but in the context of the entire trial, the idea that Gillions first instinct is always that the problem is with him, and not the world, that he’s getting smaller and not the boulder is getting bigger, it’s just his entire character arc in microcosm and it’s such incredible storytelling that I struggle to believe Charlie didn’t say that on purpose. Their acting is so good I can’t believe it. Anyways just wanted to rant about that
