Need a modder to test a modded vehicle

Hi, I'm not a modder, but I'd like to customize my favorite vehicle before GTA 6 comes out. I'm looking for someone who could test adding an Ecola license plate to the Toreador (I play GTA 5 Online Legacy) and check if it's saved correctly after restarting the game or if it disappears.

To make a long story short, I've already asked five different modders to add it, but it's disappeared every time I restart the game. So I need to figure out if this is a limitation of the game or simply a problem with the license plate registration method.

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to test this.
