Like a lot of you, I've been feeling pretty burnt out by traditional professional networking sites lately. My inbox is basically 99% noise right now—automated LeadGen bots, recruiters sending generic templates, and endless cold pitches. It’s reached the point where I just ignore my messages entirely.

I realized that the best connections I've actually made in my career have always come through warm introductions from mutual friends. That double-opt-in, "vouched for" connection is 100x more valuable than a cold DM.

So, I started building a small side project called TreeConn to try and replicate that "private dinner party" vibe online.
