Anyone else dealing with this weird Instagram Gifts bug? (And a huge reach drop)

So Gifts are enabled on my account, but lately I’ve been running into a super weird glitch. If I post Reels directly through the Instagram app, the Gifts button doesn't show up on my videos at all. It ONLY appears if I publish them through Meta Business Suite.

On top of that, the option to toggle Gifts on or off for each individual Reel has completely vanished.

Ever since this started happening, my non-follower reach has tanked insanely hard and my view counts are completely down. Is anyone else experiencing this right now, or is it just a bug on my end?
