Regarding servicing

Hello.

Its been almost 10 months since i purchased my lenevo loq which comes with 5060 and i7 14th gen

So the issue is recently i've been getting lot high temp on cpu even if on idle and balanced mode cpu is 65+ degree while playing cpu intensive game it goes 96/97 degree also i do have more 3 years warranty left is there any i can raise ticket for servicing or how its done cause i've never done it.

Any suggestion would be blessing.
