Start over or continue pushing ?

Hello everyone, I am new to the game and already went through some begginer's tips from other people.

I play on easy mode and even with that I found myself stuck. I wonder if I should start over (only 2 hours of playing) and if yes, how do I start again to be able to enjoy it ?

Because it feels a bit tedious right now not seeing the progression and feeling lost on the map.

Did you feel the same way at first ? Is it worth it to push through?
