Advice for fresh graduate wanting to work in MC Companies

Hello, a fresh graduate here considering a role in a management services/corporate services company. I’d love to hear your experiences:

What’s the work culture like and which companies would you recommend (or avoid) and why?

Any advice before starting in this field would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
