Howdy Hey everyone! Here's an attempt of mine to make a summoner hero that I think could be an interesting kit for ow. Abilities are at the end so lemme know what you guys think. Im not the best at designing abilities or balancing mainly just the drawing so sorry if the kit is kind of broken/ not super intuitive.

In the Northwest Pacific of the United States, the Omnic Crisis required a prison capable of containing dangerous Omnics needed for interrogation and to be held accountable for their crimes. The warden assigned to this prison, Carmine Rikshaw, ruled with two iron fists and a mean streak that ran a mile longer than any other. However, once the Omnic Crisis came to a close, it was determined that the prison was no longer useful to the American government, and deemed to be shut down, transferring the prisoners to other locations if they weren't released outright. Rikshaw could not stand the idea of "his" prisoners, "his" prison, being taken away from him. With some finessing, Rikshaw would strike up a black site deal with Talon, allowing him to retain his rule over his prisoners and acquire new ways of detaining new inmates. Armed with a psyche-stealing cage and a hardened malice in his heart, Rikshaw rules over the dilapidated remains of his prison and prisoners, and, occasionally, hunts down new inmates at behest of Talon to add to the collection.
