Some act 2 questions

Hello everyone, I have some rather quick questions, if you can keep it spoiler free.

Anyway I'm in act 2, went to most of the planets. Doing Dargonus stuff right now, I think it will lead me to act 3.

Can I make Heinrix go away ? my reason I don't want to have inquisition aboard my ship.

Can I give Yrliet to the inquisition before letting Heinrix go? She sneaked into my room I think she's xenos spy even tho she's my favorite xenos pet.

Jae, I finished the seals quest and if she's not going to contribute further towards my wealth as a smuggler I would rather have her go. No feelings just don't really need her.

Also, making them go will I miss something significant to the story ?
