Sobha neopolis feedback

I am planning to buy a 3bhk in grade A builder society.
Getting mixed reviews of prestige evergreen and sobha neopolis. More inclined towards sobha.

I am reaching here to get feedback/help on sobha neopolis.

1. They are still at mostly same price per sq feet as 1 year back.
2. Builder and resale price are same.
3. If anyone has idea about inventory, if there are lot of flats remaining or how the situation is?
4. What was the motivation if you have already purchased a flat there?
