Pending ADEK approval for 2 weeks now!

Hello everyone, so i got my ADEK PROFILE approved 2 weeks ago and ever since then it’s been stuck on Pending Adek approval. Today marks 2 weeks and it is still the same.
What i know is that it’s stuck in the security check process.
Is it normal to take this long and whats should i do in this case. Im contacting My Hr non-stop to see if there’s any updates and we even raised a support ticket but nothing happened.
