Itchy bumps that appear on my face after using multiple skincare products.

I've been getting these bumps on my face after using multiple skincare products. When I wash my face twice a day for a month and I miss a few days, when I start back, my face will get these skin-colored bumps.

It doesn't matter what products I use. My face just does this. Also, my face will be really oily and then when I wash it, it will be dry and have flaky patches.

I would really like to know why my face keeps doing this.
