AIO for being furious that my ex cut over 6 inches off our 3-year-old’s hair without telling me?

I (22f) have full custody of our 3-year-old daughter. Her dad only has visitation every other weekend. She went to his house this past weekend like usual. When she came back, over 6 inches of her hair was gone. It was her first haircut ever. I had zero idea this was happening. He didn’t text, call, or ask me anything. mostly because he has me blocked. His girlfriend won’t allow him to communicate with me. He just did it. Her hair was past her butt crack and now it’s a short bob. She’s little and keeps touching it like she’s confused. My daughter has always loved her long hair and has told me more than once that she never wanted a haircut. This wasn’t something she asked for or wanted. This isn’t the first time her hair has been an issue with him either. A few months ago during her first visit with them his girlfriend started straightening it, and I’ve had to send detailed instructions on how to properly care for her hair more than once and tried to say it was “harassment” and “stalking”. It’s been a recurring problem for months, but I can’t even talk to him about it because of the block. I was never able to message him about this either. He apparently thinks it’s “just hair,” it grows back, and he thought it would be easier for her. I get that hair grows, but that’s not the point. It was her first haircut, she didn’t want it, and I wasn’t included or even told. Am I overreacting for being this angry about it?
