Preference change

I emailed them to change preference

They replied

"Submit your choices in order in 1,2,3,4,5, and reply it today at the earliest.

I replied with my preferences but they haven't responded yet. So are my preferences changed? Or what? And my current aggregate is 70.78. I got 69 marks in the NTS I gave in Islamabad on 18th July. Now I have a test on 2 August in Lahore campus. So will my newer number in NTS be used for Islamabad campus too? But the thing is merit lists for Islamabad will come before my test result on 2 August comes.
