Dinner is Wendy’s, expensive as hell but i’m #craving and in pain… love u periods!!!

I work at a fast food place, mostly at the drive-thru. Our station is very cramped and laid out so the 2 people working the station are basically back to back with a little wiggle room. I only joined the team 2 weeks ago, and I’ve been trying to be friendly with everyone including this guy M (16M). We usually work drive together, and he’s been pretty normal to me the whole time I’ve worked with him. A little quiet, but that’s just how he is.

A few days ago during my last shift he asked me for my Instagram. I thought he was just being friendly so I gave it to him, I even thought it was nice he wanted to be friends. A little after I gave him that and we followed each other, he asked me about my sexuality; if i was bi or pan. A little confusing, considering I’ve mentioned being a lesbian and having a girlfriend several times over the past 2 weeks. I told him again that I don’t fuck with men and I have a girlfriend, thinking nothing of it. He said okay, that conversation ended there.

A bit after that he walks behind me and brushes up against me. Nothing special, the drive thru area is cramped, but something’s different about the way he touched me. I swear I could feel his whole hand, fingers and all, on my ass. I even turned around thinking I dropped my phone or something. Nope, still there. I brushed that off too even though I felt kinda off the rest of the day.

Fast forward to the next night, he texts me on insta, says that he’s quitting and his last two days are coming up soon. I try to be polite, but he says something INSANE that just throws me for a loop. Kid you not, he says this:

“If you and your girlfriend ever break up lmk”

… huh???????? So i asked him to elaborate, he acts clueless, and talks all flirty towards me afterwards (“I’ll miss youuuuu”, shit like that). Mind you, he is 16, knows i’m taken, knows i don’t do men anyways. Also… I am *18*, almost 19. I’m really grossed out that a kid way bigger than me is hitting on me like that, but I don’t know what to do. I told my parents and my stepmom said “he’s just a kid with a crush”. Like, I thought we were taught about no-no squares in the first grade but whatever.

I’m stressing over what to do. He says Monday and Tuesday are his last days, and we are scheduled for the same times/days so I’ll definitely be in the drive thru with him again. I’m not sure if management will take me seriously or if i even wanna bring it up since he’s more well known/ liked than me and he’s leaving anyways. I just feel nasty after that, I really despise men sometimes.
