Anyone TTC with APS unmedicated?

2 chemical pregnancies. 1 TFMR. 1 MMC. No LC.

During my MMC, my bloods were taken and an autoimmune result came up. APS. We can't confirm I actually have it until September (needs two positive blood tests 12 weeks apart). I've spoken to a rheumatologist. I'd just found out about MMC and he said that I should wait until October to TTC. I'm 39. I finally miscarried the other day and my partner and I are kind of weighing up TTC before October. Time is not on my side, but clearly my body isn't either. Has anybody gotten pregnant and carried to term without the daily injections? Or taken low dose aspirin only?
