Is a Tab S9+ (wifi, 256 GB) demo piece for 45k INR actually worth right now? Looking for advice.

I’m currently looking to pick up a tablet for media consumption, note-taking, and some light multitasking. I came across an offline store offer for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ (Wi-Fi version) selling as a demo/display unit for ₹45,000.

​On paper, getting a flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 tablet with that gorgeous 12.4-inch AMOLED display and an S-Pen included for 45k sounds like a steal, especially since brand new ones retail way higher.

​However, since it's a demo piece that has likely been sitting on a bright retail counter looping videos 24/7, I’m hesitating.
