Please help a fresher out🥀

Hey I'm joining tier 3 clg this year with cse core branch. I want to make the most use of my time from now. I want to learn c and cpp but don't know about any sources. Please help me by suggesting some sources to effectively learn the language.

Thank you in anticipation.
