NEED HELP regarding delhi University

So I am from the obc category and my form is still under making and for some reason it is just getting delayed and the only thing I have is the obc receipt. So in the first round I got a collage allot in an unreserved seat because my marks were enough but the college still asked for an obc certificate but after some time they just accepted my documents without the obc form.Now in round 2 i upgraded and got another collage under obc seat and my obc form is still not here so what should I do ??

I just got a query today from that college and i replied honestly but do you think my seat will be cancelled if i don't upload the document before 28 ??
