AMU MBA Admission: Report Tomorrow or Wait?

Today I received my admission card for the AMU MBA (Hospital Administration) program. The admission card mentions that the commencement of classes is from tomorrow (28th), but it doesn't mention any reporting time.

At the bottom, it's also written that the schedule for physical verification will be shared separately by the department.

I'm a bit confused. Do I need to report to the department tomorrow itself and attend classes, or should I wait until the physical verification schedule is announced?

If anyone from AMU or a senior from the MBA (Hospital Administration) program has gone through this process, I'd really appreciate your guidance. Thanks!
