Campus Reporting

I have been alloted msc chem in Goa currently. I am 100% sure in Iteration 5 I will get Hyderabad Campus. I was initially planning to join Goa till 29th then stay till 2nd August in Goa. After that I would leave for Hyderabad, reach Hyd by night of 2nd. Then I would start classes from 3rd August. But I was just checking the dates and I that there is reporting on 7th August for Itr 5 people. Now is there a rule that I cannot go there before 7th. If there is can you suggest me some ideas on what I should do.
