Which band member always quits first?

When a band starts to fall apart, is there one role that seems to disappear first? The drummer, the bassist, the singer, the guitarist, or even the person who books the gigs and keeps everyone organised?

What have you seen in your own bands? Was there a pattern, or was it completely different? Curious to hear everyone's stories.
