IIEST cs vs NIT Warangal Mech

Ask NITians🎤

OK I've thought about this for very long and I'm confused as heck. I have IIEST cs in josaa and will get NITW Mech fs in CSAB. If i'm interested in tech and only tech jobs, which would be a better option? I'm not at all interested in Mech core, but if forced to take mech will probably go into robotics (still would prefer ai/ml, dsa or software jobs). Which would be a better options? And if I do get into NITW, how hard would it be getting tech jobs? cuz I've heard that not all tech companies allow other branches to sit. Median of both are around the same (12-13lpa) and percentage placement of NITW is a bit better. Please give reason for your answer too.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks
