why does nothing work im drained

im genuinely sick and tired of not getting results what am i doing wrong i dont understand i was detatched i affirmed i listened for 3 MONTHS and before i listened for literally like 2 years and i understand why i didnt get results before but now im doing nothing wrong and nothing happened like im so sick and tired and before u say its cuz of my negative mindset i didnt have one its the not getting results that makes me spiral and ive only wavered like three times i try to live my life but nothing works what do i do someone please help me im genuinely desperate
