Pixel 3 vs gw ultra 2 accuracy

I thinking about upgrading, to any Watch really but i own a s26 ultra so it would be nice to stay in the ecosystem. I just really want the most accurate sensors. Sleep,steps,calorie burnt,hrv etc.. i know all watches are pretty inaccurate but still.
