Why is it still taboo for older women to date younger men?
An older man with a younger woman is seen as normal. But when the roles are reversed, people assume the younger man has bad intentions. Why is that the default assumption?
Sometimes a younger man just wants emotional safety. He is tired of hustling. He wants someone who has time to hold him and be present. Older women often have that space. They are not rushing. They know how to be still.
So why do we judge this dynamic so quickly? Why do we assume the worst?
Maybe we should stop and ask: What if it is just two people finding peace in each other?
TL;DR: Why is it normal for older men but not older women? Sometimes it is about peace. Why do we assume the worst?
