UNI Bob card can be used for bank offers?

I am primarily seeking a free forex card and have determined that the UNI card best meets my requirements, offering peace of mind without hidden conditions. I am curious to know whether the Bank of Baroda (BOB) variant of the UNI card is eligible for Amazon and Flipkart BOB offers, or if co-branded cards are excluded from such promotions.
