Lovense Issues

Does anyone know if there is a way to use Lovense’s Bluetooth options without using the lovense app?

My app disconnected my Spotify. Now, anytime I try to reconnect it, it’s saying they only allow premium Spotify accounts. When checking my Spotify, I can see I still have a premium account and Lovense is still listed in my allowed 3rd parties!

Super bummed since I only ever used my Hyphy when connected to my Spotify sync.
