NDLS application approval delay

Has anyone experienced this with NDLS? I submitted my first-time driving licence application over a month ago, but it still hasn’t been approved. I was told my data didn’t capture automatically, so the application has to be processed manually. I’ve been calling almost every day, but I keep getting the same response with no progress. The delay is preventing me from returning to work. Has anyone else been in this situation?
