Michael Travis Payment Link confirmation

I am in contact with him for the first time over a nice Daytona that I want to buy. I got the WhatsApp (+86 137 5157 2832) from the guide but read different things on this sub regarding the PayPal information, so I wanted to double check and verify.

Can anyone confirm the legitimacy of the following PayPal for him? paypal.me/travis2014862365

Thanks!
