put the wrong contact number in activities

i’m freaking out i just realized i accidentally put the wrong phone number for one of my contacts in my activities. i ended up putting this electricians number from my contacts instead of the number i actually wanted to put down which i don’t even know how i didn’t catch that. i don’t know what to do since i also didn’t put an email. do i contact amcas pls help 😭
