I have been trying to contact amazon for DAYS... and i keep getting sent in a loop

I literally dont know what to do, no number is available, the chat support is gone for days. The callback service isnt available for days. What am i supposed to do at this point? (Im amazon.de fyi) does anyone have a solution or experience with this?
