Is there a "safe" amount of time to take Diaz for?

I've been taking it for like half a year now, only as needed, never exceeded 15mg daily (and that happened only a couple of times) and never longer than 3 days in a row. It immensly helps with my anxiety but I don't want to get hooked. I'm also on Pregab, 225mg but I think I'm gonna drop it cause it doesn't do much. So my question is, can I kepp using it as I described above or is this is gonna bite me in the ass long term? Thanks.
