Is the game worth coming back to?

I’ve had this game deleted for a pretty long time now, specifically because of all of the stupid updates that completely took the fun out of it: such as the new way to get unite licenses, and ESPECIALLY that Pokemon don’t have 2 movesets anymore. Thats just lazy.
So I was wondering, is the game even worth coming back to? I’m considering redownloading it, but I don’t know if I even want to if the reasons I left for are still a problem 😭
