M4F broker messed up our apartment

Hello Fellow roleplayers,

I am looking for a female roleplayer, preferably in her early 30s or late 20s, for a long-term slice-of-life roleplay. I want to play an unmarried man and a woman living together. It is by accident that the broker rented them the same apartment. Both of them need the house, so they decided just to stay together. The initial frustration and friction dies down as they start hanging out together after work or while doing chores around the house. I want to develop the scenarios together after discussion. I would like to talk a lot before starting the actual roleplay to match the vibe.

I would like it to be 70% normal situations & 30% sexual situations. It’s not a very kinky and wild ride, but a nice romantic, sweet, realistic ride. Maybe some healthy banter in the beginning, some supportive behaviour as we are both new in the city.
