HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DECLARE IN MY SWORN DECLARATION

I am a lawyer by profession. I do not own a firm but rather an employee in a firm. Now, I am about to be employed as a part-time professor (contract of service setup) in a local state university. What is a better option for me: a graduated tax rate or the 8% income tax rate?
